The integration of Visual Studio® into TwinCAT connects the standard development environment from Microsoft with the proven Beckhoff automation technology. It is evident that the product philosophies of TwinCAT and Visual Studio® are ideally suited to each other. The result of this integration is simplified software engineering for automation technology: the programming languages and platforms are freely selectable. Source code control tools can be simply integrated and the automatic generation of code will replace many manual steps in the future. The TwinCAT runtime system enables the distribution of the tasks to different cores and will thus increase the performance several times over. 64 bit operating systems are also supported from TwinCAT version 3.1

Float Type Level Switches, Top bottom/ Side mounting

The Mifa systems offers float type top and side mounting level switches for above ground storage tanks, underground storage tanks sumps dry annular spaces.

GEMS Level Switches operate on a direct, simple principle. In most models, a float encircling a stationary stem is equipped with powerful, permanent magnets. As the float rises or lowers with liquid level, the magnetic field generated from within the float actuates a hermetically sealed, magnetic reed switch mounted within the stem. The stem is made of non-magnetic metals or rugged, engineered plastics. When mounted vertically, this basic design provides a consistent accuracy of ±1/8 inch. Multi-station versions use a separate reed switch for each level point being monitored.
